This Privacy Policy applies to all games operated by Razz-X, which we here collectively call the Service. Currently we operate the Goal Kick mobile application.
Razz-X values your privacy and the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy describes what information we collect from you, how we collect it, how we use it, how we obtain your consent, how long we keep it in our databases and, if necessary, with whom we share it.
By using the platform, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. Your use of the platform is also subject to our terms of service. In this privacy policy, the words "platform" refers to any application operated by Razz-X, "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator Razz-X, "Goal Kick" refers to the Goal Kick mobile application and "you" and "user" refers to you, the user of said “platform”.
This privacy policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after we make changes to this privacy policy will be deemed acceptance of those changes, so please check this policy periodically for updates. This privacy policy has been prepared and is maintained in accordance with all applicable national and international laws and regulations and, in particular, with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK regulations) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - European Regulations).

2. HOW WE OBTAIN CONSENT
When you download the platform, use the functionalities available on the platform, contact us via our contact form or contact details and provide us with personal information to communicate with you, you consent to our collection, storage and use of your information under the terms set out in this privacy policy.

The information we collect from our users helps us to continually improve the user experience on the platform. These are the types of information we collect:
Information you provide to us: You provide information when you download and use the functionalities available on the platform, register as a user, contact us through our contact form or contact details and provide personal information to communicate with you. Any additional information relating to you that you provide to us directly or indirectly through your use of the platform such as device info, UUID.
Analytical Data
Data Usage by Apple App Store and Google Play Store: The platform is available to users through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which implies that access to and use of the application may require login with credentials provided by Apple Inc. and Google LLC. It is relevant to note that, although Razz-X does not access or store user login data, Apple and Google may process such information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Users should be aware that when using the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to access our platform, they are subject to the privacy practices of those services.

Analytics: This clause regulates the processing of analytical data obtained by Razz-X through the Firebase platform provided by Google. By virtue of this agreement, Razz-X undertakes that the data obtained will be limited exclusively to non-personal information, concerning the playing time and the nature of the events occurring during the use of the game.
Any form of data processing involving the personal identification of users is excluded. The analysis carried out shall be for the sole purpose of improving the user experience and the development of our games and shall not extend to any other purpose requiring the use of personal data.
Razz-X ensures the adoption of the appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee that the processing of data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and that the integrity and confidentiality of the data are preserved.
The user expressly acknowledges and consents that the use of the platform implies authorisation for the processing of such analytical data in accordance with the terms set out in this clause.

In-App Purchases: This platform allows users to make In-App Purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store services. During this process, Razz-X does not collect or store login data or any other personal information related to users' transactions. Please note that Apple Inc. and Google LLC may process user login data in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service when transacting on their respective app shops. Users should refer to Apple's and Google's privacy policies for detailed information about the processing of their data in connection with In-App Purchases.

In-game services: The in-game services integrated into this platform are provided through Apple Game Center and Google Play Services. Razz-X does not store users' login details or personal information related to the in-game services. It is important for users to be aware that both Apple and Google may use the login information they manage, in accordance with their respective privacy policies, to facilitate access to and functionality of their game services. Interaction with Apple Game Center and Google Play Services is subject to the privacy terms and terms of service set forth by Apple Inc. and Google LLC, respectively.

In-app advertising: The platform makes use of in-app advertising systems, specifically through the Google AdMob service. Razz-X does not collect or provide user data to Google AdMob directly. However, it should be noted that Google, in its capacity as an advertising provider, may collect device information for the purpose of personalising and improving the effectiveness of advertisements. This data collection is governed by Google's privacy policies, so we encourage users to review those policies for a complete understanding of how your data is handled in connection with advertising.

Contact information: We may access some personal information about the user, such as name and email address, when the user or any third party communicates with us through our contact information. Personal information provided through our contact information is not stored on any Razz-X server and will be stored on the respective server of our email service.
4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to provide the functionalities available on the platform, to fulfil the legitimate purposes described in this policy or until the user decides to close the user account or requests the deletion of their data. Razz-X may retain personal data for a longer period provided that the user has consented to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, Razz-X may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period provided that this is required for compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. Once the retention period has expired, the personal data will be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right of deletion, the right of rectification and the right to data portability cannot be asserted after the retention period has expired.
5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION.
In general, we use the data we collect primarily to provide, maintain, protect and improve our platform and to deliver the functionalities available on the platform in an appropriate manner. We use the data collected through our platform as described below:

Provide the functionalities available on the platform.
Analytics of statistical gaming data.
Understand and improve your experience using our platform.

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below.
Third-Party Service Providers: We use third party services to perform certain functions on our platform. Some of these functions and services include: hosting the platform (Apple App Store and Google Play Store), in-app purchases, in-app analytics (Firebase), in-game services (Apple Game Center and Google Play Services) and in-app advertising (Google AdMob).
These third-party services and tools may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use that information for other purposes. Information shared with these third-party services will be treated and stored in accordance with their respective privacy policies and our privacy policy.
Third-party partners: By using our services, you agree that we may share your personal information with partners related to remittance services and technology partners, including those offering API solutions, among others. Such sharing is essential in order to provide you with our functionalities in an optimal manner and to ensure the proper functioning of the associated services. These partners are committed to protecting your information and using it only for the purposes necessary to provide their respective services.
Business Transfers: In the event Razz-X creates, merges with, or is acquired by another entity, your information will likely be transferred. Razz-X will send you an email or post a prominent notice on our platform before your information becomes subject to another privacy policy.
Protection of Razz-X and Others: We release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Razz-X, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Anonymous Information: Razz-X uses anonymous browsing information collected automatically by our servers primarily to help us administer and improve the platform. We may also use aggregated anonymous information to provide information about the platform to potential business partners and other unaffiliated entities. This information is not personally identifiable.
7. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATIONS
In the event of a security breach that compromises the confidentiality of the personal data of our users, Razz-X undertakes to notify those affected in a timely manner. This notification will be made through the means of contact that have been provided by the user on our platform. We will take all reasonable measures to protect the information and remedy any situation that compromises the security of your data.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
By using our platform, you agree that your personal data may be transferred and processed outside your home country, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Razz-X is committed to taking the necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated in accordance with applicable privacy protection rules and is adequately protected during any international transfer.
9. PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We restrict authorised access to your personal information to those persons who have a legitimate need to know that information and to those persons you have authorised to have access to that information. Razz-X follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once Razz-X receives it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while Razz-X strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
10. RIGHTS
Users who provide information through our platform, as data subjects, have the right to access, rectify, download or delete their information, as well as to restrict and oppose certain processing of their information. While some of these rights apply generally, others only apply in certain limited circumstances. These rights are described below:
Access and portability: to access and know what information is stored on our servers, you can send us your request through our contact information.
Rectification, restriction, limitation and deletion: You may also rectify, restrict, limit or delete much of your information.
Right to be informed: Users of our platform will be informed, upon request, about what data we collect, how it is used, how long it is kept and whether it is shared with third parties.
Object: Where we process your data based on our legitimate interests, as explained above, or in the public interest, you may object to this processing in certain circumstances. In such cases, we will stop processing your information unless we have legitimate grounds to continue processing it or where necessary for legal reasons.
Withdraw consent: Where you have previously given your consent, for example to allow us to process and store your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing and storage of your information at any time. For example, you can withdraw your consent by updating your settings. In certain cases, we may continue to process your information after you have withdrawn your consent if we have a lawful basis for doing so or if your withdrawal of consent was limited to certain processing activities.
Complaint: If you wish to lodge a complaint about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local supervisory authority. Users may exercise all of these rights by contacting us via the contact information or contact page.
Rights related to automated decision-making, including profiling: Users may request that we provide them with a copy of the automated processing activities we conduct if they believe that data is being unlawfully processed.
Users or holders of personal data provided through the platform may exercise these rights over their personal data at any time and without limitation by sending their request through our contact information. The request to exercise their rights will be attended and answered within a maximum period of 10 working days.
11. PROTECTION OF CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY
We comply with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) regarding the protection of children's personal information. We do not collect any information from children under the age of 13 without the respective permission of their parents or legal guardians. In the case of users under 13 years of age, the use of the platform must be done through the registration of their parents or legal guardians with their own personal data. Parents may provide information about their children or minors under 13 years of age who use the platform, only and exclusively with their consent, which will be granted when registering on the platform through their personal data. Parents or legal guardians of children under the age of 13 who provide information about their children or minors in custody, may exercise the rights in relation to the data provided about their children or minors in custody which are described in section 3 of this privacy policy. Parents or legal guardians in custody may request rectification or deletion of their children's or minors' data and may revoke consent at any time by sending us their request through our contact information. The data of children under 13 years of age provided through the platform with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, will be stored solely and exclusively to provide the functionalities available on the platform and will not be shared with third parties for analytical or advertising purposes. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information without parental or legal guardian permission, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and restrict access to the platform.
12. THIRD PARTIES
Except as expressly included in this privacy policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information Razz-X collects from you. If you disclose your information to others, whether other users or Razz-X vendors, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. Razz-X does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. Razz-X is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of another Internet platform, including those linked to or from the Razz-X platform. Please review the privacy policies of third-party websites or services that you access through the Razz-X platform.
